P.O.R.T. Co-facilitator Richelle Muscroftof Purple Acorn Yoga is a trauma-informed Yoga Therapistwhose body-based practices are infused with neuroscience in ways that support and empower folks struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, breathing difficulties, grief and post-traumatic stress injuries (PTSD).  In addition to Richelle’s private clients, she leads group sessions that support resilience and recovery for public safety personne,l and runs a regular ‘Permission to Grieve’ retreat for womxn.
